ORDERING INFORMATION
TSMGI is an authorized supplier to Froedtert Health and its brands. Orders may be placed online, by phone (toll free) or faxed. Payment Information
Payment for online purchases can be made via the following major credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express. In accordance with the law, state sales tax will be added (at the time of shipment) for orders shipped to Illinois, Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Kentucky. Your bank statement will show charges from TSMGI. To pay via personal check or money order, please call Customer Service at 1-877-755-2812 to place your order. Checks must be made payable to TSMGI. Please be sure to include shipping charges (see chart in Delivery section) and applicable state sales tax. Cash or C.O.D's are not accepted as valid forms of payment.

TSMGI stands behind the quality of our products. If a product fails to meet your expectations, please call Customer Service within 30 days of purchase for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you. Customer Service 1-877-755-2812 Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (CT) Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. RA# must be displayed on outside of box(es).
Delivery
Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-10 business days for standard Fedex delivery (distance dictates delivery days). Due to product demand, some items may be temporarily unavailable when your order is placed. You will be notified if any item is temporarily unavailable. You will be advised when the item will be available and given the option of shipping your order complete or shipping available items immediately and shipping the remainder of your order as soon as product is available. All orders will be shipped via Fedex Ground services unless otherwise requested.
Credit card orders will automatically be charged shipping amounts at time of shipment. For international shipments, please contact TSMGI Customer Service at 1-877-755-2812 for shipping rates. TSMGI also offers fast, convenient Express Shipping services. If a rush is needed, please call Customer Service to place your order, 1-877-755-2812. Expedited shipping is 1-3 business days. Additional freight charges will apply for rush orders. Expedited orders must be received by 2:00PM (CT) for next day shipment of in-stock merchandise. Once you have completed your order online, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. To track your order, please call Customer Service at 1-877-755-2812.
Returns
